Merpati Segera Datangkan Tiga Pesawat Airbus Bekas Dari China

PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines segera mendatangkan tiga unit pesawat tipe Airbus A320 bekas dari China. Pengadaan pesawat ini merupakan bagian dari 20 pesawat A320 yang didatangkan perseroan sepanjang tahun ini. “Untuk tahap pertama, tiga pesawat dulu yang didatangkan, tidak sekaligus,” jelas Direktur Operasi Merpati Asep Ekanugraha di Kantor Basarnas Jakarta, Senin (7/1/2013).

Menurut dia, perseroan bekerjasama dengan mitra yang sudah siap mendanai pengadaan pesawat tersebut. Sehingga Merpati tidak mengeluarkan dana untuk pembelian pesawat itu. Penambahan 20 armada ini diharapkan dapat mendongkrak pendapatan perseroan yang ditargetkan sebesar Rp 4 triliun dan laba bersih sekitar Rp 300 miliar. Hal ini dibenarkan oleh Vice President Corporate Secretary and Legal Merpati, Herry Saptanto. Menurut dia, pesawat bekas yang berusia di bawah 10 tahun itu berasal dari China Aircraft Leasing Company (CALC). “Jadi ini pakai sistem KSO yang diberikan oleh CALC. Kami nggak keluarkan uang sebagai investasi pengadaan pesawat itu, tapi ada profit sharing,” terang dia.

Herry menambahkan, skema bagi hasil rencananya Merpati akan memperoleh 60%, sedangkan 40% untuk CALC. Namun, pihaknya tengah membahas dan menggodok skema tersebut dengan manajemen internal maupun CALC. Aksi korporasi ini bertujuan untuk menambah jumlah armada perseroan yang saat ini mencapai 22 pesawat. “Target tahun ini memang menambah total pesawat sebanyak 43 unit untuk semua jenis dan tipe,” ucap Herry.

Penumpang

Pada tahun ini, Merpati membidik kenaikan jumlah penumpang sekitar 10%-15% di 2013 dari tahun lalu 1,5 juta penumpang atau sekitar 1,73 juta orang. Asep mengakui bisnis penerbangan di Tanah Air terbilang menggiurkan. Kondisi ini didukung oleh ekonomi Indonesia yang masih bertumbuh 6,3% ditengah badai krisis ekonomi global. “Rata-rata pertumbuhan bisnis kami setiap tahun mencapai 15%. Itu adalah peningkatan yang cukup besar, sehingga kami perlu mencari kekuatan baru untuk bisa menggarap bisnis tersebut dengan lebih serius,” ucapnya.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Herry menuturkan dengan menambah rute maupun frekuensi penerbangan. “Kami terus mencari pasar penerbangan potensial, di luar Indonesia Timur yang mempunyai yield bagus,” sambung dia.

Selama ini, Herry mengatakan, rute penerbangan terfavorit dari Merpati, diantaranya Jakarta-Surabaya dan Jakarta-Denpasar. Sayangnya, dia belum bersedia membeberkan rencana pembukaan maupun penambahan jalur serta frekuensi penerbangan di 2013.

Akhirnya penantian akan produk terbaru Samsung Galaxy Note terbaru akan semakin dekat, spesifikasi resminya baru saja keluar, yaitu Samsung Galaxy Note III diberitahukan pada tanggal 4 September 2013 pada acara Samsung Unpacked 2013. Produk terbaru Samsung ini siap untuk mendominasi pasar tablet, setelah sebelumnya Acer juga mengeluarkan produk phablet yang mempunyai kualitas kamera Ultra HD.

Dalam acara Samsung Unpacked itu juga memperkenalkan banyak sekali gadget baru. Kali Samsung akan menggunakan teknologi terbaru pada layar yang juga nantinya menjadi kunci dalam pemasaran yaitu teknologi Amoled yang lebar layarnya lebih besar dari pada sebelumnya.

Prosesor dan RAM – Sebagai produk unggulan Samsung, Samsung Galaxy Note III akan dipasangkan dengan prosesor chipset snapdragon 800 yang berbasis prosesor quad core 400 berkecepatan 2.3Ghz. Disandingkan dengan snapdragon yaitu 3 GB RAM, GPU Adreno 330, serta diinstall OS Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, namun ada juga kemungkinan untuk menggunakan OS terbaru Android, Android KitKat.

Layar dan Design – Untuk designnya sepertinya masih memakai ciri khas Samsung yaitu design dengan berbentuk kotak. Untuk layarnya sendiri mempunyai lebar 5.7 inci dengan resolusi full HD 1920 x 1080 pixel. Keunggulan Samsung Galaxy Note III ini terpadat pada layar yang digunakan : super Amoled, yang Samsung klaim sendiri bisa mengehemat baterai secara efektif, namun belum ada bukti terkait karena hanya klaim dari perusahaan Samsung sendiri.

Kamera – Di lini kamera Samsung tidak tanggung tanggung memakai kamera belakang 13 MP yang juga dilengkapi fitur auto focus dan led flash. Untuk kamera depan sendiri memakai kamera 2 MP yang bisa anda gunakan untuk bervideo call ria.

Memori dan Baterai – Samsung Galaxy Note III mempunyai beberapa versi yang tersedia yaitu versi 32GB dan versi 64GB, yang mempunyai harga yang berbeda tentunya. Untuk baterai sendiri memiliki kapasitas yang cukup tahan lama yaitu 3200 mAh, cukup lumayan untuk dipasangkan di Tablet.

Tanggal rilis dan harga – Karena masih diperkenalkan maka tanggal penjualan dan dimana masih belum jelas, untuk harganya sendiri pun belum diungkapkan kepada media, apalagi kapan bisa masuk Indonesia, kita tunggu saja kabar terbarunya dari Samsung.

Artikel ini merupakan analisa mendalam yang dibuat oleh James Kendrick dari situs zdnet. Kendrick mengamati semakin banyaknya gugatan pelanggaran hak cipta yang diajukan Apple terhadap vendor pembuat smartphone dan tablet berbasis Android. Apakah pada akhirnya nanti Apple juga akan menggungat Google sebagai dalang dibalik pembuatan OS Android?

Perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak dalam teknologi ponsel mulai mematenkan produk dan ide mereka untuk melindungi penelitian dan inovasi agar tidak digunakan oleh para pesaing. Memproteksi kekayaan intelektual (Intelectual Property, IP) secara hukum adalah upaya besar yang dilakukan oleh semua perusahaan. Hal itu tidak hanya untuk melindungi IP saja tetapi juga untuk memperkecil potensi persaingan dengan perusahaan lain.

Sebagai contoh, Apple dan HTC saling bereseteru terkait tuduhan pelanggaran hak paten. Dan Apple telah meraih kemenangan pertamanya di pengadilan dan telah ditetapkan bahwa HTC telah menggunakna IP milik Apple dalam beberapa smartphone HTC Android. Hal semacam ini telah mempertemukan Apple dan Android dalam posisi sulit, yang mungkin akan berdampak pada pangsa pasar ponsel dan akan berlangsung dalam waktu lama.
HTC telah menyatakan bahwa pihak mereka bersedia untuk bernegosiasi dengan Apple di bawah payung hukum terkait hak paten. Hal seperti itu tidak mengherankan karean perusahaan pada umumnya selalu berusaha menghindari jalur hukum ketika ketika behubungna dengan uang. HTC ada dalam posisi yang sangat rentan karena pengadilan sudah memutuskan pihaknya bersalah, sehingga harapan HTC hanya ada pada negosiasi dengan pihak Apple agar terus bisa memproduksi ponsel Android. Namun yang belum jelas dalam hal ini adalah, apakah respon Apple terhadap HTC akan juga termasuk kesepakatan tentang lisensi.

Beberapa waktu lalu HTC mengumumkan pembelian sebuah perusahaan grafis bernama S3. Hal ini dipercaya sebagai upaya antisipasi HTC terkait perseteruan dengan Apple. Sebelumnya S3 telah memenangkan tuntutan pelanggaran hak paten terhadap Apple. HTC mungkin berharap bisa bertukar IP dengan Apple sehingga kasus pelanggaran hak cipta bisa diselesaikan tanpa melewati jalur hukum. Namun sampai saat ini Apple belum memberikan respon dan barangkali tidak akan memberikan respon tentang tawaran damai itu.

Apple tidak pada posisi untuk melisensi teknologi yang dimiliki. Perusahaan dengan keuangan yang sangat kuat seperti Apple tidak memiliki alasan untuk melisensi hak paten mereka. Sebaliknya, HTC barangkali telah siap untuk menyerahkan miliaran dolar ke Apple sehingga situasi sulit segera berakhir. Namun uang sebanyak itu pastinya tidak akan berdampak pada bisnis inti Apple. Selama ini ada sebuah keyakinan yang keliru bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan seperti Apple harus melisensi teknologi yang dipatenkan untuk para pesaing, tapi tentu saja bukan itu masalahnya. Apple bisa saja mengatakan pada HTC bahwa tidak perlu ada kesepakatan tapi memerintahkan HTC untuk menghentikan produksi smartphone Android.

Yang seharusnya terjadi, Steve Jobs membuat sebuah jumpa pers untuk menyatakan Apple menolak jalan damai yang diajukan HTC. Jobs akan menekankan bahwa Apple tidak melakukan lisensi teknologi, tapi menciptakan teknologi. Dan pada akhirnya Jobs harus menyarankan hal yang sama pada HTC, bahwa perusahaan seperti Apple akan terus menciptakan produk-produk yang berbasis pada teknologi yang mereka temukan, bukan teknologi pihak lain.

Jika Apple menghentikan HTC dari bisnis perangkat Android, maka bisa jadi korban berikutnya adalah Samsung. Seperti diketahui keberadaan Samsung di pasar ponsel semakin menguat terutama karena produk smartphone dan tablet Android buatan mereka. Saat inipun Apple telah menggungat Samsung dengan tuduhan menjiplak desain iPhone dan iPad. Bisa diperkirakan yang akan Apple lakukan berikutnya adalah tuduhan pelanggaran hak cipta pada teknologi di Samsung Android, hal yang sama yang telah berhasil dimenangkan atas HTC. Tinggal menunggu hitungan hari saja sampai Apple memenangkan kasus itu.

Saat kelak Apple memenangkan gugatannya maka saat itu pula akan terbuka jalan untuk menghentikan Samsung dari bisnis Android. Kehadiran HTC dan Samsung memang telah menjadi ancaman serius bagi Apple dan ketika masalah dengaan kedua vendor itu selesai, diperkirakan Apple akhirnya akan langsung menggugat Google karena telah mengembangkan sebuah platform yang melanggar hak cipta, bernama Android.

Meski demikian, apa yang telah dilakukan Apple sejauh ini terhadap HTC dan Samsung telah menjadi peringatan bagi produsen Android devices lainnya. Apple cukup pandai mengejar para produsen itu tapi tidak cukup cakap untuk bisa menuntut Google. Meski belum diketahui apakah nantinya Apple akan memenangkan semua gugatan hukum terhadap Android, namun kemenangan Apple terhadap HTC cukup mememberikan indikasi bahwa pada akhirnya nanti Apple akan menggulingkan Android.

SOME MISTAKES MADE BY SOME pilgrims
FIRST : Some errors in ihram .
Miqat exceeded its path without berihram of miqat , so get to Jeddah or to areas that

FIFTH : Some errors in Muzdalifah

Most pilgrims leave Mina on the day Nafar ( Dhu al-Hijjah of 12 or 13 ) before
throwing Pebbles , and immediately perform Tawaf Wada ' , and then return to Mina
to throw Pebbles , then they immediately left for each country and thus the end of the
encounter they are with Jumrah not with Baitullah , when the Prophet SAW has said :
" Do not ever leave someone Mecca , before ending the encounter ( by doing tawaf )
in the House . "
Therefore , Tawaf Wada 'must be done after completion of all the deeds pilgrimage
circuit , and direct a few moments before leaving . After Tawaf Wada ' he no longer
lived in Mecca except for a few purposes .
Completing the Tawaf Wada ' most pilgrims out of the mosque by walking
backwards as he exposes the face to the Kaaba . They assume that it is a tribute to the
Kaaba . This act is an innovation , there is no basis at all in religion .
Most of them , when he reached the exit Haram Mosque after performing Tawaf
Wada ' , turned menghadaap Ka'bah and saying various prayers as if they were saying
goodbye to the Kaaba , it is also an act of heresy that have no basis .

prayer is not allowed by God , and take pains to do things those things . And all of
this is an act of heresy that there is no basis at all in this sacred Islamic law .

slaughtering , bernadzar and worship, for the word of God :
" Though they were not commanded except to worship Allah with obedience to Him
purifies the ( running ) religion "
" And verily the mosques belong to God . Then ye worship besides Allah
seseorangpun worship . "
We ask Allah , may he make things better Muslims and give them the religion of
understanding and protecting us and all Muslims from the fitnah is misleading . He is
Hearing and Ruling Upholds His servant .
