Ndableg adalah satu sikap cuek atau tidak mau tahu dan cenderung diam. Sikap ndableg sering tidak disukai namun sering diperlukan dan menjadi sebuah kekuatan.
1. Ndableg dibenci karena
a. Menghambat sistim dan kinerja organisasi
b. Sering menimbulkan kecemburuan bagi orang lain karena dianggap dianak emaskan.
c. Pimpinan sering tidak berdaya menghadapi orang semacam ini dan hanya menimbulkan kejengkelan.
d. Bila tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat menular ke karyawan lain dan mengurangi kinerja.
e. Menjengkelkan dan membuat bingung orang lain di sekitarnya.
2. Kekuatan Ndableg dapat ditimbulkan dari :
a. Berlatih tidak menanggapi semua masalah yang dihadapi.
b. Sikap diam saja tanpa memberi reaksi atas satu kejadian
c. Akting Pura- pura tidak tahu atas senua kejadian yang terjadi disekelilingnya.
d. Berlaku sebagai bak sampah yang menampung semua keluhan atau info artinya diam saja sambil mendengar omongan orang tanpa ada reaksi dan tanggapan.
e. Berpikir menyimpang dari aturan sehingga terkesan tidak disiplin, namun menyimpan kartu truff bila diusik
f. Passive tidak reaktip dan terkesan seenaknya sendiri.
3. Yang Ndableg ditakuti karena :
a. Tahu ketenTUan yang benar, namun pura-pura tidak paham.
b. Memiliki kunci- kunci strategis untuk menyulut reAksi
c. Berani membuka kartu /kejelekan masing masing orang penTing dalam organisasi.
d. Memegang peta track record manajemen yang biSa dimainkan untuk menggoncang organisasi.
e. Siap tempur habis habisan bila perlu dan sudah dibuktikan sebelumnya.
f. Memiliki bargAIning power dan bargAINing position yang kuat JUGA memiliki akses kuat

THE POWER OF stubborn
Stubborn is an indifferent attitude, or do not want to know and tend to be quiet. Stubborn attitude is often preferred but not necessary and often becomes a strength.
A. Stubborn hated because
a. Inhibiting systems and organizational performance
b. Often lead to others because of jealousy considered AS THE VERY SPECIAL.
c. Leaders are not powerless against this kind of person and the only cause aggravation.
d. If not handled properly can be transmitted to other employees and reduce performance.
e. Annoying and confusing to others around him.
2. Stubborn strength may result from:
a. Practice does not respond to any problems encountered.
b. Silence without giving a reaction to an incident
c. Acting Pretending not to know the events that occurred surrounding .
d. Serves as a garbage can that holds all of the complaint or information that is silent as to hear what people say without any reaction and response.
e. Thought to deviate from the rules that discipline is not impressed, but when disturbed trough card store
f. ReaCTIVE not passive and impressed his own wishes.
3. The stubborn feared because:
a. Know the correct terms, but pretended not to understand.
b. Have the strategic keys to ignite the reaction
c. Dare to unlock the card / ill of each important person in the organization.
d. Hold our track record of management that can be played to shake the organization.
e. Heavily combative when necessary and has been demonstrated previously.
f. Have bargaining power and a strong bargaining position ALSO has strong access
