Ingredients
- 2 cups (170g) crushed graham crackers
- 4 tablespoons (60g) butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup (150g) white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
STEP :
- Pre-heat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Line cupcake tins with cupcake
liners.
3. Crush the graham crackers and mix it
with the melted butter.
4. Place 1 tablespoon of the cracker
mixture in each cupcake liner. Press down on the mixture to make the crust.
5. Use a mixing bowl and beat the cream
cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until it's light and fluffy.
6. Fill each cupcake liner with the
cream cheese mixture about 3/4 full.
- Bake the cupcakes for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
8. Garnish each cupcake with cherry pie filling.
