Materials needed:

     500 grams flour trademark blue triangle
     600 ml of water
     1 tablespoon melted margarine
     2 eggs, beaten last
     125 grams of granulated sugar sweet
     1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
     1 tsp baking powder
     1/4 teaspoon vanilla paste
     1/2 teaspoon salt


Martabak Filler:

100 grams of cheddar cheese or whatever brand
60 ml of sweetened condensed milk white

How to Make Sweet Martabak:

     - First Mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, salt, eggs, melted margarine, and vanilla paste together
     - Then pour the water little by little to the last batter, stirring until blended.
     - Then Beat the dough with the mixer speed was over 5 minutes.
     - Add baking powder, stir and stir well.

Sweet Martabak Method:

- Heat a baking pan with a little margarine that will not stick
- Pour the batter into the pan, spread evenly. Wait until the bubbles on the surface of the dough out and close.
- Wait until the maturity and adoption.

- Grate the cheese and sprinkle the surface martabak.
