1. Bird Conservation Officer
Gambaran umum pekerjaan
Mengolah dan mempersiapkan informasi yang akurat dan terpercaya dan
bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan pengetahuan terkait konservasi burung
dan keanekaragaman hayati Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
. Latar belakang pendidikan minimum S1 di bidang Biologi atau
Konservasi Sumberdaya Hutan atau Konservasi Keanekaragamanhayati;
. Memiliki ketertarikan dan atau pengalaman dalam upaya pelestarian
burung liar dan habitatnya
. Berpengalaman kerja dalam bidangnya minimum 3 (tiga) tahun;
. Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan dengan baik;
. Kemampuan mengelola database dan analisis ekologi/statistik;
. Kemampuan dan atau pengalaman riset lapangan, utamanya terkait
jenis burung dan atau habitat, akan menjadi nilai tambah;
. Mampu dan bersedia bekerja di lapangan sebagaimana diperlukan;

2. Database and Information Management Officer
Gambaran umum pekerjaan
Mengelola sistem database dan informasi untuk mendukung pengelolaan
pengetahuan konservasi. Memastikan tata kelola penyimpanan dan temu kenal
data/informasi dalam sistem manajemen informasi yang efektif dan terpercaya.
Kualifikasi
. Latar belakang pendidikan minimum S1 terutama dalam bidang
Informatika atau Ilmu Komputer atau yang relevan;
. Diutamakan menguasai bahasa pemrograman terutama PHP/python dan
database seperti mysql;
. Berpengalaman mengelola CMS seperti Joomla atau Drupal;
. Memiliki ketertarikan dalam konservasi pelestarian alam;
. Berpengalaman kerja dalam bidangnya minimun 3 (tiga) tahun;
. Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan dengan baik;
. Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim, kreatif, inovatif dan mandiri.
3. Legal and Personnel Officer
Gambaran umum pekerjaan
Mengelola rekrutmen dan administrasi pekerja, termasuk memastikan hak-hak
pekerja dengan baik sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Membantu penyiapan
dokumen legal terkait.
Kualifikasi
. Latar belakang pendidikan S1 Psikologi (Program Profesi
Psikologi), Hukum Bisnis dan atau ilmu sosial yang relevan;
. Memiliki kemampuan tentang proses rekrutmen, training, penggunaan
alat-alat test psikologi, scoring dan interpretasi;
. Pengalaman di bidangnya minimal 3 (tiga) tahun (lebih diutamakan
memiliki pengalaman kerja di NGO);
. Menguasai UU Ketenagakerjaan dan atau UU Perusahaan dan
