Summary of key functions :
1. Effective coordination of program planning across the organization
2. Contributing toward forging Strategic partnership and networking

4. Effective Implementation of monitoring and evaluation framework
5. Sound overall program reporting framework
6. Improve the knowledge management framework of the Partnership portfolio
Recruitment Qualifications :
Education and Skill :
Bachelors (S1) Degree, preferable Master Degree; having
good knowledge on governance reform programs, understanding on current socio-political conditions; clear commitment to governance reform; humble in character and patient in listening to stakeholders is a must; proactive, critical and analytical thinking, willing to develop a
good teamwork with the Partnership staff; having a good skill in report writing, and good skill on the use of ICT.
Experience :
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in program planning, implementation and monitoring and reporting; experience and skills in dealing with multi-stakeholders forum such as key government agencies, civil society organizations, social-political figures, private companies and grassroots communities, etc.;
Language Requirements :
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written.

1. Mechanical Design Engineer
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years work experience in the process industry.
The successful candidate should have work experience for the design of shell & tube heat exchangers, air fin coolers, pressure vessels and storage tanks and should have strong knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div 1, DIV.2, API 620, API 650, API 660, API 661 and TEMA. Capability to perform FEA on Ansys for the design of expansion joint, fatigue analysis and verification of equipment nozzles against external loads shall be considered as an added advantage.
2. Piping Design Engineer
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 8 plus years work experience in Piping Design with an EPC or Engineering Consultancy environment focusing on the Industrial/Process Plant sector.
The successful candidate should have the knowledge to precede the job from FEED Engineering to Detail Engineering and must have hands on experience for using CAESAR along with any plant design software like CAD Works/PDS. Strong knowledge of world well known codes and standards like ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8 etc. is a must.
3. Shutdown Planning Engineer
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years experience in planning and scheduling of Turnaround and Shutdown projects.
The candidate should posses knowledge in maintenance/shutdown of pumps, compressors, turbines, valves and static equipments (heat exchangers, Reactor, piping, vessels, Columns, Fin Fan Coolers, heaters etc.). Command on Project Planning and Scheduling using Primavera 3.0 & 6.0 version is a must.
4. Subcontracts Engineer
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years experience in the subcontracts management role and administration function within the Oil and Gas industry is required.
The successful candidate plays a vital role as communicator with the potential subcontracting parties to clarify matters pertaining to subcontracting. The candidate must have thorough understanding with practical knowledge of Subcontracting Agreements and should possess effective communication skills is a must.

Recruitment Qualifications :
Education and Skill :
Bachelors (S1) Degree, preferable Master Degree; having
good knowledge on governance reform programs, understanding on current socio-political conditions; clear commitment to governance reform; humble in character and patient in listening to stakeholders is a must; proactive, critical and analytical thinking, willing to develop a
good teamwork with the Partnership staff; having a good skill in report writing, and good skill on the use of ICT.
Experience :
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in program planning, implementation and monitoring and reporting; experience and skills in dealing with multi-stakeholders forum such as key government agencies, civil society organizations, social-political figures, private companies and grassroots communities, etc.;
Language Requirements :
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written.

Job Description:
- Manage Civil engineering design, direct construction and maintenance activities of the buildings / shop and other yard facilities related to civil work.
- Develop scope of work and budgetary cost estimates (material, labour and equipment cost) for direct execution work, work packs, AFE and ACE.
- Managing, directing, coordinating and monitoring progress during each phase of a work as well as monitor the budget performance to ensure adherence to budget.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
- Engineer with minimum 4 years relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English is a must.
- Good interpersonal skill
4. MECHANICAL ENGINEER – FACILITY [ Job Code: JMCD – MEF ]
Job Description:
- Manage mechanical engineering design, planning the construction and maintenance of the buildings/shops and other yard related to utility facilities.
- Develop operating budget ( material and man-hour cost ) for direct execution work, work pack, AFE and ACE.
- Review project specification and procedures for implementation on Facility Engineering deliverable.

14. Mechanical & Piping Design, Shutdown Planning & Subcontract Engineer

1. Mechanical Design Engineer
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years work experience in the process industry.
The successful candidate should have work experience for the design of shell & tube heat exchangers, air fin coolers, pressure vessels and storage tanks and should have strong knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div 1, DIV.2, API 620, API 650, API 660, API 661 and TEMA. Capability to perform FEA on Ansys for the design of expansion joint, fatigue analysis and verification of equipment nozzles against external loads shall be considered as an added advantage.
2. Piping Design Engineer
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 8 plus years work experience in Piping Design with an EPC or Engineering Consultancy environment focusing on the Industrial/Process Plant sector.
The successful candidate should have the knowledge to precede the job from FEED Engineering to Detail Engineering and must have hands on experience for using CAESAR along with any plant design software like CAD Works/PDS. Strong knowledge of world well known codes and standards like ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8 etc. is a must.
3. Shutdown Planning Engineer
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years experience in planning and scheduling of Turnaround and Shutdown projects.
The candidate should posses knowledge in maintenance/shutdown of pumps, compressors, turbines, valves and static equipments (heat exchangers, Reactor, piping, vessels, Columns, Fin Fan Coolers, heaters etc.). Command on Project Planning and Scheduling using Primavera 3.0 & 6.0 version is a must.
4. Subcontracts Engineer
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 plus years experience in the subcontracts management role and administration function within the Oil and Gas industry is required.
The successful candidate plays a vital role as communicator with the potential subcontracting parties to clarify matters pertaining to subcontracting. The candidate must have thorough understanding with practical knowledge of Subcontracting Agreements and should possess effective communication skills is a must.
