INTRODUCTION

v The Background :

Background made this proposal is to complement the English language, and to train students to be able to make proposals and then students can be present in the classroom and outside the school environment.

v Introduction :

This proposal tells about how to make banana epe.

materials needed to make banana sting epe simple and easy to get.

 

 

CHAPTER II

HOW TO MAKE EPE BANANA

Equipment :

·         Spoon

·         Stove

·         Pan

·         Table

Ingredients :

1 bunch of”kapok” bananas (not to ripe)

1 liter of water

2 kg brown sugar

50 gr  white sugar

10 gr  vanila essence

 

Preparation :

·         Peel the bananas, then rest them over the charcoal unit somewhat soft and brown.

·         Flatten them with a special wooden clamp or, if you don’t own one, use a large flat wooden spoon to flatten the bananas on a cutting board.

·         Sauce : Boil sugar with the brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla essence until it dissolves into thick syrup, then pour over the bananas.

For 10 portions.

How to serve            :

Conclution is: to make it easy banana epe and we can make it at home with simple materials and equipment.

For some students cook it boring can make our hands and clothes dirty.

But the actual cooking is fun, can exercise patience and appearance.
