CHAPTER
I
INTRODUCTION
Culinary business world today is very fast, no excuse for the next generation to forget the very simple foods, like tempeh mendoan. for that I invite the next generation of its dedicated students to learn more about this delicious food, ranging from the creation to presentation.

CHAPTER II
HOW TO MAKE TEMPEH
MENDOAN
ingredients:
• 300 g tempeh, sliced thin width 10x15 cm
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
• 100 g rice flour
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 125 ml of water
• cooking oil
puree:
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 red onions
• 1 tsp coriander
• ½ tsp pepper granules
• 2 tsp salt
How to make:
• Stir flour with spices, green onions, and water until blended.
• Dip each piece of tempeh in flour dough.
• Fry in hot oil and more flour until the dough is frozen but not yet hardened, mature but not yellow or dry. Remove and drain.
• Serve warm with soy sauce pepper. For 12 pieces or to taste.
